Description The services provided in the school library have an impact on the satisfaction of visiting users. The services in the school library must of course be adapted to the conditions and information needs of its users, namely school residents such as teachers and students. This study will discuss user satisfaction with the services in the library of 12 Junior High School Semarang so that in the future it can be used as an evaluation for the library in developing its services. The writing of this research applies a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The author conducted observation and interviews with the users who use library services and the librarian who manages the library when the author visited to collect data. The results of this study indicate that the existing facilities in the library of 12 Junior High School Semarang are in accordance with the national standards of the Junior High School library. The service from the librarian is also considered good by most of the users, although the librarian who manages the library still has shortcomings in operating service support applications.Layanan yang terdapat di perpustakaan sekolah memiliki dampak terhadap kepuasan pemustaka yang berkunjung. Layanan yang ada di perpustakaan sekolah tentunya harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan juga kebutuhan informasi pemustakanya, yaitu warga sekolah seperti guru dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai kepuasan pemustaka terhadap layanan yang ada di perpustakaan SMP Negeri 12 Semarang agar ke depannya dapat dijadikan evaluasi bagi perpustakaan tersebut dalam mengembangkan layanannya. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penulis melakukan observasi dan wawancara dengan pemustaka yang memanfaatkan layanan perpustakaan dan pustakawan yang mengelola perpustakaan tersebut pada saat penulis berkunjung untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas yang ada di perpustakaan SMP Negeri 12 Semarangsudah sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Perpustakaan SMP. Pelayanan dari pustakawan juga dipandang baik oleh sebagian besar pemustaka, meskipun pustakawan yang mengelola perpustakaan tersebut masih memiliki kekurangan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi penunjang layanan.
