Description Digital literacy is something that cannot be avoided in writing an article or scientific work. Digital literacy has begun to replace manual literacy which has been used by academics in writing scientific papers. Migration of manual literacy to digital literacy from year to year is absolutely necessary. One of the reference manager applications that can be used is Mendeley. The Mendeley application makes it easy for users to include digital references, but the Mendeley application tends to only support Latin writing, while for Arabic writing there are still some obstacles. Mendeley has an important role in writing the thesis because reference management can facilitate the academic community to quote citations and good reference management and can minimize the occurrence of plagiarism.
