With the title "Thesis Perpustakaaan Communication Strategy to Improve Student Reading Interest College of Health Sciences Avicenna Kendari". Supervised by Masrul, S.Ag., M.Si As Supervisor I and Harnina Ridwan, S.Ip., M.Si As Supervisor II. This research was conducted at the College of Health Sciences Library Avicenna, subjects in this study is the Librarian College of Health Sciences Avicenna. The purpose of this study was to determine the Communication Strategy what is being done Libraries College of Health Sciences Avicenna kendari. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data source of this research is the primary data and secondary data. Informants in this study is the Head of Libraries and librarians as key informants and informant students as usual. Mechanical determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling (intentionally). Techniques of collecting data using interviews, observation, library research, and documentation. While using the Data Analysis Techniques metodeanalisis descriptive data obtained are described in detail on the Library Communication Strategies to Improve Student Reading Interest Library of College of Health Sciences Avicenna. The strategy undertaken by librarians is to provide good services, providing tools and adequate facilities, holding more diverse library materials according to the needs of students.
