Description Due to the development of information technology, a library has more advantages. As one of information providers, a library has to increase the quality of their services. One of the services is providing internet services, so that the library users can make use the service to find up to date information. As one of information providers, librarians need to develop technology to become more important so that the use of internet service can be achieved.The biggest advantages of internet services are the fulfillment of the user’s information need. The internet provides unlimited access to all of information needed such as articles, scientific or popular. The internet provides information from whole of world without any obstacles, so that the internet is called as information window as well as the books.
