Description This article discusses the importance of providing service quality to user. The importance of service quality is due to the orientation of the library service that user’s satisfaction . Therefore, to provide quality service then there are several dimensions that must be considered and addressed i.e tangibles, Reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. For the creation of the service quality to user, there are four things that must be done by the library, namely : showing a positive attitude , recognizing the user’s need, and meet the needs of user, and ensure the user to come back. So, here are a few core that shows how the urgency of quality services at the library.
