Description The purpose of this study was conducted to determine how the user’s perspective on the performance of librarians in  STAIN Curup Library. The research design used is qualitative research by using descriptive analysis. There are three aspects of librarian performance seen in this research namely social aspect, personality, and professionalism. Data collection methods used include questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. From the analysis it is known that from the personality aspect most of the users rated that the librarian's performance has satisfied the user. This is indicated by a fairly high assessment of 79.49% satisfied with the performance of librarians. While from the social aspect most of the users rated performance in terms of this already meet the users expectation. This indicates that most of the users perceive that in terms of communication ability satisfy the user, 64.10% (25 respondents) answered satisfactorily, and 17.95% (7 respondents) considered that librarians have the ability to communicate very satisfactory for users. Furthermore, from the aspect of professionalism that most respondents view in terms of professionalism librarians have been users satisfying. The highest number is obtained in point 12 which is the Quality of Service provided. This indicates that most of the users perceive that in terms of the quality of service provided satisfactorily the users are 69.23% (27 respondents) satisfied with the quality of services provided by the librarian, and 12.82% (5 respondents) are very satisfied with the quality of service Given by the librarian of STAIN Curup’s Library.
